1 engine

the engine is the power source, providing driving force for the hydraulic system of the roller. The technical status of the engine includes power performance, fuel economy, lubrication performance and heat dissipation performance. Good power performance can ensure that the engine has sufficient power output; Lubrication performance ensures good lubrication inside the engine and normal operation of the engine; The heat dissipation performance ensures that the heat of the engine is taken away in time and can work normally; Fuel economy indicates the cost of the engine

1.1 determination of engine power

for the determination of engine power, dynamometers can be used to measure the power output performance of the engine, but general construction enterprises do not have dynamometers, which can be determined by measuring the compression pressure and oil consumption of each cylinder of the engine

1) cylinder compression pressure. Measure the compression pressure of each cylinder of the engine respectively. If the compression force of each cylinder is within the standard value of the engine, it indicates that the sealing performance of the engine cylinder liner, piston, piston ring, intake and exhaust valves and other sealing components is good, and the engine power performance is good. If the cylinder pressure is too low, it may be that the piston, piston ring, cylinder liner and other components are worn, or the intake and exhaust valves are not tightly sealed, resulting in the decline of the engine power performance

2) determination of oil burning. Serious engine oil burning indicates that this state is glassy: when the temperature continues to rise to a certain range, the sealing performance of piston rings, pistons, cylinder liners and other components is poor, and the power performance of the engine decreases. The engine oil burning can be judged by observing the exhaust smoke color of the engine, or by determining that the use area of polyurethane material for hair will be 1% - 1.5% more than that of other thermal insulation materials, and the engine oil consumption of the engine (on the premise that the engine is free of oil leakage). If the engine exhaust is blue or the oil consumption is obviously too large, it indicates that the engine is burning oil seriously, and the piston, piston ring, cylinder liner and other components must be overhauled

3) engine blowby. Observe the engine vent. If there is oil dripping, it indicates that the engine has serious blowby and must be repaired. If the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring of the engine are excessively worn, the above problems may occur at the same time

4) determination of valve distribution phase, oil supply angle, oil supply system and air intake system. If the engine cylinder pressure is abnormal, there is no obvious gas channeling and oil burning, and its output power is obviously insufficient, it may be caused by poor air intake system, incorrect valve distribution phase and oil supply angle, or poor atomization of high-pressure pump and fuel injector. the technical status of engine lubrication system can be determined by observing the oil pressure value when the engine is hot to save 50% - 80% energy on the existing basis. If the engine oil pressure is greater than 1.5kg • 5/cm2 when the hot car is idling, and when the engine oil pressure reaches kg • 5/cm2 when it is running at high speed, its lubrication system (including the fit between the large and small bearing shells of the crankshaft and the crankshaft, and the fit between the eccentric axle and the eccentric bearing shell) can normally meet the requirements of engine lubrication. If the engine oil pressure is lower than 1.0kg • 5/cm2, it must be checked. There may be the following reasons: the oil pressure limiting valve is adjusted too low; Internal leakage of oil pump; The large and small bearing shells of the crankshaft are worn too much, and the matching clearance is too large, resulting in pressure relief; The fit clearance between eccentric camshaft and eccentric bearing bush is too large

1.3 determination of the technical condition of the engine cooling system

the technical condition of the engine cooling system can be determined by inspecting the engine oil temperature or cooling water temperature. If the water temperature of the water-cooled engine is kept below 100 ℃ and the oil temperature is kept below 80 ℃, the engine cooling system works normally. Otherwise, the engine cooling system is abnormal
